I am a 1986 graduate of The American Academy of Art in Chicago, Illinois. I have been combining my commercial art experience with the traditional fine art education to create popular modern compositions for over thirty years.

Much of my artwork depicts natural environments with an assortment of animals, birds and aquatic life. Evelia Designs has created artwork for home decor and gifts purchased throughout the world. My strengths lie in working within your vision and brand expression.

As an artist and designer, Evelia Designs popularity reached new heights when I was selected as The Official Artist for the 2014 National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, DC.

Among the many influences are early Chinese and Japanese block prints, early American illustrators such as Howard Pyle and N. C. Wyeth along with Arts and Crafts/Prairie Style movements in architecture and interior design.
