The beginner and intermediary watercolor class introduces students to the fundamentals of watercolor painting. Through guided instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, students will learn essential techniques, develop confidence with materials, and complete finished paintings. No prior experience is required.
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
Understand and use basic watercolor materials
Control water, pigment, and brushwork
Apply foundational watercolor techniques
Mix colors with intention
Create simple compositions from observation or reference
Complete several finished watercolor paintings

4H graphite pencil or light gray watercolor pencil. Plastic erasers work best on WCP.
